Job Description
A bit about the role:
- Discover and report at least one proactive hazard identification per month.
- Zero RIDDOR or lost-time incidents on relevant projects.
- No instances of non-conforming work, such as inaccurate reporting or failure to adhere to procedures.
- The MCERTS Technician should ensure that job file checks exceed 95% compliance.
- Guarantee that all assigned equipment is regularly maintained, serviced, calibrated, and PAT tested in accordance with the Quality Management System.
What’s required:
- Strong knowledge of the MCERTS/CEMS
- Candidate can be based anywhere within the UK but must be happy to travel.
- Adherence to all client H & S policy
- Adherence of the company QMS
- Interaction and communication with clients
- Undertake sampling in accordance with prescribed procedures.
- Travel to customers sites.
- Site Review Meetings
- Site inductions
- Planning and preparation of sampling equipment
- Cleaning, preparation, repair, and calibration of test equipment
- Preparing and authorising SSP’s, site reviews, risk assessments & test reports
