Job Description
Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a senior Administrative Specialist to join their Sales Management Team with real exposure to commercial strategy, sales governance and senior leadership. It's also been deliberately shaped as a development pathway into sales operations and commercial management, so there's genuine progression on offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Embedded support to the Sales Management Team owning meeting prep, documentation, action tracking, reports and presentations.
- Trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential matters with discretion
- Diary management, travel coordination and logistics across multiple countries; support planning and delivery of sales conferences, workshops and customer events
- Collating and analysing data; maintaining Salesforce CRM; producing management reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Supporting sales business planning, budget tracking and variance reporting; flagging governance non-compliance where needed
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional projects across the UK and Europe; spotting opportunities to improve processes and support global sales and marketing initiatives
- Occasional UK and European travel typically 2–3 overnight stays per month, fully expensed
